目前主要从事的研究领域包括响应性核酸器件、单细胞分析检测以及光响应DNA水凝胶等。迄今为止,在功能性核酸器件的构建、光响应核酸器件的制备及应用等方面取得了一系列的成果。提出了光控DNA链替换反应及光控DNA杂交链增长反应,构建了光控的DNA微胶囊可控载药体系,建立了基于光控DNA链替换反应及光控DNA杂交链增长反应的表面多色及可擦写DNA光刻新技术。已在J. Am. Chem. Soc. (2篇),ACS Nano (1篇),Small (1篇),Chem. Commun. (2篇),Nanoscale (1篇)等国际期刊上发表SCI论文27篇。SCI引用300余次,H因子11。
